The LFA Short is designed to maximize sweat for optimal results. We built in a breathable, non-slip sweatband into the high-waisted portion of the shorts to help you sweat and gain maximum results in record timing.

• Recycled spandex exterior fabric, because we love the planet and are doing our best!

And a bonus for our postpartum mamas: An extra long high waist at 8-inches, making it perfect for postpartum recovery!

Our leggings are machine washable and dryable!
